Gin Dietz, Owner and Chief Motivator

Born and raised in the heart of Silicon Valley, Gin’s competitive athletic and academic years have kept her close to home. A graduate from San Francisco State in Kinesiology, concentrations in Exercise Science and Biomechanics have led to a very fulfilling career in fitness and wellness for almost 20 years!

In these last 20 years, Gin has worked with a broad range of clients coaching and consulting local CEO’s, Pre-Post Natal, Special Populations, Young & Elite Athletes, Weight Loss (or gain) clients and more!

Not only has Gin played just about every sport out there, her time spent training, and competing in Figure and Bikini Competitions has reinforced the importance of a sound nutrition plan, alongside an appropriately prescribed workout program to obtain a very specific, goal based physique. 

Her fascination with the kinesthetics of the human body has continued to increase her knowledge on the capability, mobility, and proper biomechanics for optimal results.  She is constantly striving to stay on top of the latest research and fitness trends through attending seminars and conferences throughout the country.

Now a resident of Morgan Hill, you’ll bump into Gin and her family backpacking Trinity Alps, Snowboarding in Tahoe, Wake Boarding California lakes, and of course, on the ice Figure Skating!

Gin is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine and has attended many courses utilizing ViPR, Kettlebells, FMS, and many others.  She will also be adding a certification of nutrition through Precision Nutrition soon!


 Krystal Buck

KrystalBuckPicKrystal has a passion for fitness that she has pursued  as a career choice. She obtained a Bachelors of Science Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise Science and Rehabilitation. She then worked towards an Associates Degree in Science for Physical Therapy Assisting.

She has worked as an outpatient orthopedic clinician treating patients at all age ranges and all functional limitations. Most commonly, degenerative/arthritic injuries, poor ergonomics from sitting at a desk, improper mechanics at your home or job, athletic injuries, and overuse injuries. With this background, Krystal understand the importance of not only maintaining a fitness regime, but also performing these exercises properly to avoid any set backs.

During college, Krystal competed collegiately in the Division I NCAA as a Track & Field and Cross Country athlete. Her love for distance running has only grown. She is an active member in the Pacific Association USA Track & Field where she is competing year round as a part of Mizuno Wolfpack.

Her most recent athletic accomplishments was qualifying and competing in the Boston Marathon 2013 and 2014. She recently has completed the Chicago Marathon 2015.

Meghann Pedersen


MeghannMeet Meghann Pedersen, a huge fitness and health enthusiast!  She grew up in Los Gatos and graduated from Los Gatos High School.  Her fitness adventure began from playing Water Polo at San Diego State University.  Her athletic ability and performance greatly improved after working with her strength coach.  She’s the one that inspired Meghann to become a trainer.

Meghann obtained her Bachelors Degree as a Fitness Specialist in 2012, and in 2015 received her Masters Degree from San Jose University in Kinesiology: Exercise Physiology.

During college, Meghann helped coach the SJSU Women’s Water Polo team and also coached a variety of high schools and bootcamps.  She has experience with a wide variety of clients from young athletes to the elderly.

Currently, She has been brought on by EXOs as a Performance Specialist at Tesla, teaching bootcamps and total body strength classes.  

You can find her enjoying a hike with her dog Aster, rock climbing or even snowboarding (when there is snow!!).   She loves being outdoors!

Kathy Finley

Fitness became a vital part of Kathy’s life as a young adult. After graduating college and starting her first full-time job, she needed something to relieve stress and lose weight. That something was becoming a member of the YMCA. She quickly became addicted to group fitness and working out on a daily basis. This dedication eventually led to becoming a certified fitness instructor.

Kathy has been leading group fitness classes for 17 years. She has taught body sculpt, step, Pilates mat, intervals and BOSU. She enjoys all aspects of fitness. In addition to teaching, she has been an active fitness participant in military-style boot camp, CrossFit, Pilates Apparatus, Yoga, Cycling, and Barre. Kathy was also the group fitness coordinator at the YMCA.

Born and raised in California, Kathy considers Colorado her other home. After living in the Rocky Mountains for many years, she appreciates the beauty of mother nature (misses the snow…really)  and high altitude training. Kathy is certified by ACE (American Council on Exercise) as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer.

 


Krys Mandilag

Krys, from San Jose, Ca has been a TRX instructor at ThirdSpace Fitness for almost a year. She wanted to help people achieve their fitness goals by utilizing body weight.  TRX and Bootcamp has been the perfect fit.

Both allow high school athletes, stay at home moms or even the elderly to be able to implement fitness into their lives. Helping people become more flexible, stable and feel good about themselves is very rewarding for Krys. 

She is also a freelance graphic designer and an independent brand partner for Nerium International. She has always had a passion to help people. Helping people become more flexible, stable and feeling good about themselves overall is a rewarding feeling. She loves what she does!

Jennifer Savage

Jennifer loves to run more than anything else in the world!  2 years ago, she set out on her fitness journey, losing over 50 pounds through eating a clean diet and exercising.  She began training, and went from couch potato to a marathon runner in 4.5 months!  Just 3 months after, she ran her first 50 K ('Way Too Cool') race!

With healthy, progressive physical activity and a clean diet, Jennifer firmly believes that our bodies are the greatest vessel for positive action and service to our community.  

She thrives on encouraging others to reach their fitness potential.  Jennifer is a Certified USATF Level 1 Track & Field Coach.  Currently coaching individual clients, and is expanding her professional development and fitness certifications through the American Council of Fitness.  She holds a bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from Santa University, and is also a published academic author.
