Our classes are a mixture of cardio and strength, lasting 45 minutes. We utilize body weight and light to medium weight dumbbells for a total body workout. Additional equipment is supplied by our coaches from time to time.
All ages and levels are welcome. Our coaches are capable of modifying all exercises and programming to fit your personal needs.
You are required to bring a mat and a pair of dumbbells.
